Tutorial
Up and running in three minutes, from template to print
Up and running in three minutes: from picking a template to printing or exporting.
Quick start (three steps)
- Pick a template: open the generator and click any template in the left list, such as Tian Zi Ge, math worksheet or copybook.
- Tune the settings: adjust paper, cell size, colors, watermark and more in the right panel; the preview updates live.
- Print or download: click "Print / Save as PDF" to print, or download a PNG / SVG image to keep and share.
Pick a template
Templates are grouped into eight scenes: Chinese practice, pinyin and English, math, notebook, study and office, creative drawing, music and planning. Click any template on the left to switch; its name and description show above the preview.
Tune the parameters
The right settings panel is organized into groups. Common options:
- Paper: size (A4/A5/B5/Letter/16K/8K/custom), orientation and margins.
- Grid and lines: cell size, rows and columns, line color, line style (solid, dashed, dotted).
- Watermark: text, font size, strength and angle.
- Border: single or double page frame, paper tint.
- Title and footer: page title, name field, custom footer text.
Every change shows instantly in the central preview — what you see is what you get.
Preview and paging
When content is long (a long copybook or multi-month calendar) it paginates automatically. Use the "Previous / Next" buttons at the top right of the preview to browse each page.
Print and save as PDF
- Click "Print / Save as PDF".
- In the print dialog choose "Save as PDF" as the destination.
- Keep the paper size the same as the preview and set margins to "None" for an exact match.
Download PNG and SVG
"Download PNG" is great for chat and slides; "Download SVG" is a vector file you can keep editing in design software and scale without blur.
Favorites and my presets
Click the star (☆) next to a template name to favorite it. In the settings panel you can save the current parameters as "My preset" and reuse it with one click.
Share and import config
"Copy share link" encodes the current template and all settings into the URL, so a friend gets the same setup. You can also export or import a config file to sync across devices.
On mobile
Just open it in a phone browser. A quick-action bar at the bottom (print, download, share) appears on phones. The single-column layout makes tapping templates and sliders easy.
